Confirm Delete: You will be asked confirmation about the deletion, select yes to delete the contact. Delete Contact: Scroll down the page shown and tap on the delete contact option.
Tap on the three dots icon from the top of the group page and then click on Leave. Tap on the three dots icon from the top right corner and click on Group info. From the Contacts tab enter the group that you would want to delete.
